Please do NOT ship products back without authorization through our return process. We can resolve all issues with you personally and efficiently.
Received a defective product? Wrong item?
Solution: We replace it!
We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please keep the product and all packaging. With your cooperation and photo documentation, we will investigate the issue, offer a solution, and send out any needed replacements.
What Items Are Returnable?
Items must be:

In original condition and resellable

Unused, unworn, and undamaged

Accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt, order number, etc.)
Note: Delivery/shipping fees are non-refundable.
Shipping Fee Responsibility
Buyer’s Responsibility
For returns/exchanges due to personal preference (size, color, style, etc.), the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Dream Dyke’s Responsibility
For issues caused by product defects or damage upon arrival, we will either:

Reimburse your return shipping cost or

Provide a prepaid return shipping label

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned:

Custom or personalized products

Personal care items (beauty, hygiene, etc.)

Bras, bikinis, swimwear, underwear, panties, socks

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Items damaged due to improper care (stains, shrinkage, heat/chemical damage, etc.)

Sale items and gift cards (non-refundable)

Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to:

Return the item you have

Once your return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item
Return/exchange shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless due to a product defect.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
If approved:

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days

Your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process the refund
